the Frankford Ministreium (34 Churches and 1 Synagogue), founded
two Churches, Philadelphia House of Prayer and the Rock Church
International, co-founded with his wife Marie Overington House

and St. Joseph's living facility for men recovering from drugs &
alcohol. Ken founded Philadelphia House of Prayer in 1989 after
spending two weeks on Rev. David Youngee Cho's
Fasting and Prayer Mountain in South Korea. In 2005 it became
clear that God was separating the mission of Philadelphia House
of Prayer and the church that Ken and his wife Marie are
growing. After much prayer a meeting was held with Bishop Ken,
his wife Pastor Marie,
Bishop Jonathan Rehmat and Bishop Lionel Parsons; City Life
