Join us for Prayer Summit, an annual regional conference during which we purpose to learn about and continue to pursue a culture of prayer, intercession and worship. The Lord is raising up a host of believers throughout the globe who are committed to serving the Lord with 24-7 prayer and worship, and you play a vital role. You will be refreshed as you continue on your journey of seeking the Lord's face and get connected with regional ministries that are hosting the Lord's presence in a corporate context on a regular basis.

Jim Stern has been the Lead Pastor of Destiny Church since 2006. His heart is to see a community of praying and worshipping evangelists raised up in the heartland of America and to see people really love Jesus and truly love one another. Worship and teaching have always been Jim’s focus and his teaching style makes the Bible understandable to everybody with a shot of humor. Since 2008 he has been on the journey of seeing a vibrant culture of prayer established in every generation of the church. Jim and and his wife Jessica have four daughters and one son.

Allen Hood has served on the leadership team of the International House of Prayer since 2000. He currently serves as the Associate Director of the IHOPKC and as the President of the International House of Prayer University. With an M.Div. from Asbury Theological Seminary, Allen is called to intercede for the fullness of God to be released in the Church and to labor for the strengthening of the global prayer and missions movement. Proclaiming the glorious splendor of Christ Jesus is his joy, and preparing the Bride for the glorious return of Jesus is his burden. Allen and his wife, Rachel, have three sons.

Max Thomas

Max Thomas

Potter's House of Prayer
Prayer Ministry Director

Max and his wife Steffaney have been part of the leadership team of the Potter’s House of Prayer since December of 2013. They believe whole-heartedly that prayer is the primary calling of every believer and should be the principal activity of the local church. Max and Stef’s dream is to establish a prayer culture in the city of Mankato that brings about regional transformation in every realm of culture and society. From that place of breakthrough they desire to go and establish Houses of Prayer among unreached people groups that will ultimately help usher in the return of Christ as the nations join together in prayer and worship. Max and his wife Steffaney have one daughter, Laikyn.

FAQ

  • Is there childcare available?
  • Yes, childcare for children 6 weeks to 5th grade will be provided for the morning and evening sessions, but will not be provided for the afternoon sessions. The cost is $15 per family, regardless of how many or few sessions you attend. There is a limited amount of space in each childcare classroom, so we encourage you to preregister your children. Preregistered children are guaranteed a spot in the classroom only until the start time of the session. If there is still classroom space after the start of the session, children who are not preregistered may be checked in. Childcare will not be provided during lunch meetings and PHOP sets.
  • Why is there a "Sold Out" notice next to my child's age group?
  • This means that our classroom for that age group is full. If you didn't get a chance to register yet, and you see a "sold out" sign next to your child's age group, there's good news for you: You can still check your child into childcare on a session-by-session basis. Essentially, we are giving first priority to those who registered first, but if there's still room in a classroom by the time the session has begun because of no-shows, we'd love to watch your kids!
  • How do I register to attend a session in the Prophetic Rooms?
  • We are thrilled to announce that Prophetic Rooms, hosted by First Love MN, will be available to conference attendees on Friday and Saturday from 4-6pm at New Creation WOC. These tickets are limited, so please register through Eventbrite as soon as possible. The last day to register for Prophetic Rooms is August 5th at 3pm! Each individual or family who registers for the Prophetic Rooms will be assigned a 15 minute block based on their chosen ticket (Day 1 or 2) and will be notified of the final schedule by email during the weeks leading up to the conference.
  • Is registration mandatory?
  • Yes, registration is required for this conference in order to track attendance for future events. You may preregister or register at the door before entering the conference.
  • Will you be distributing wristbands this year?
  • Every person who registers will receive a wristband after checking in. This wristband grants you access to every session during the conference.
  • Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
  • Your registration information will be recorded online, so you do not need to bring your ticket to this event.
